 Set up your account online or call 1-904-302-6000, or sign up at our retail location.

Once you have registered you will receive a call from your personal Route Concierge. They will go over each detail and answer any questions you may have.

Your Pickup & Delivery bag will be delivered directly to your home or office by your very own personal valet.

With the supplied Laundry bag leave your clothes out at your predetermined location. Usually at your front door. If you are doing business at your office or multi-family residence you can drop your bag at the specific pickup point that you have identified.

Customers doing business at home: With the provided hook we will hang your clean clothes on your front door or the location of your choice.

Customers doing business at their office or multi-family residence: Your clean clothes will be delivered to your preselected location.

1. On Demand – Schedule a pick up any day of the week. Pickups are scheduled on Tuesdays and Fridays, Pickups scheduled before 10 a.m. on these days can be picked up the same day .
2. Scheduled - You will receive 2 set days per week for service based on your delivery address.
3. Delivery Only – Drop off at your closest location and we’ll deliver your clean garments back for FREE!
4. Pickup Only – Schedule a pickup online and then pickup from our store.
